USDA Certified Texas Beef represents the highest standards of quality and sustainability in beef production. Raised in the expansive ranchlands of Texas, this beef is certified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to ensure it meets rigorous criteria for tenderness, marbling, and flavor. Whether enjoyed as a succulent steak, a juicy burger, or a hearty roast, USDA Certified Texas Beef offers a premium eating experience that reflects the rich heritage and agricultural excellence of Texas ranching. The cattle are selected according to the best traits for meat quality and production. Cattle are fed a custom finishing ration for up to 150 days. Cattle are then harvested at our state of the art facility in Frankston, Texas and dry aged for 10-21 days. All finished products are vacuum sealed to ensure superior storage quality and freshness.
